WHO
Melissa Adylia Calasanz of Controlled Burn Fitness will be leading her AMP (Asana Mat Pilates) class for any early birds who are ready and willing to start their day in a positive way.

WHAT
AMP (Asana Mat Pilates) offers a gentle, full-body, warm-up and stretch, while connecting mind, body, and breath. Followed by an invigorating workout combining energizing Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Controlled Burn Fitness exercises to condition the body while relaxing the mind.
Each class ends with a centering yet revitalizing full body inventory and cool down.

POLICIES
Please arrive early. Class begins promptly at 6:30 am.
Class is done with bare feet. Let your tootsies breath! :)
Please be considerate to your Trainer/Instructor/Fellow Participants by leaving your perfume/cologne/fragrance at home.
Please leave all food, gum, and drinks other than water, at home.
Please arrive wearing appropriate fitness attire.
Your clothing should:
  • Allow full range of motion while maintaining modesty 
  • Not trip nor inhibit your ability to perform an exercise 
  • Allow for your Trainer/Instructor to view the outline of your body; especially feet, knees, shoulders, neck and back.
  • Support your bosom
  • Keep your body at the desired temperature and comfort level throughout your class. Please feel free to wear layers and use them appropriately from the warm up, through the work out through the cool down.
