"Pedal Precision"
This Indoor Cycling Class incorporates Core-Conditioning, Breath Control, Body Awareness, and Endurance.
Come with an open mind, be prepared to try some new things, and feel free to ask any questions on how to intensify or modify your workouts to fit your needs.

All Fitness Levels Welcome!
First Timers, Beginners, Hard Core Riders, Everyone (except those who want to sit and talk and text on their cell phone-yes, I've seen it many time, just not in my class, I will not tolerate such silliness) are encouraged to attend.

Though Melissa has a reputation for delivering unforgiving bootay-kicking, don't be afraid to try this class!
Melissa is well known for giving everyone from the first time fitness participant to the hard core fitness enthusiast enough personalized attention to make sure that everyone feels challenged and that no one feels left behind-no matter how large or small the class.
Just be sure to introduce yourself, let her know about any injuries, concerns, limitations, and questions you may have.

Arrive Fueled, Focused, and Ready to work hard!
Come with an open mind, be prepared to try some new things, and feel free to ask any questions on how to intensify or modify your workouts to fit your needs.
